Special Election Assembly
November 21 2018On 21st November 2018 at 12 am, in the Faculty of Metallurgy, University of Zagreb, the Extraordinary election assembly of the Croatian Foundry Association was held.
Among others, the new Statute is confirmed, the elected are President Milorad Vasilić and the Vice President Zdenka Zovko Brodarac, and also the new members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board for the next two year mandate were adopted. Also the liquidator, and persons authorized to represent the Croatian Foundry Association were selected, and a financing plan for 2019 was adopted.
