Internal logistics
Servicing robotic cells with empty pallets using AGVs with forklifts
Transportation of fully loaded pallets from robotic cells using AGV vehicles with forklifts to other rooms, to other workplaces or placing/receiving pallets in rack warehouses, up to a height of 11.5 m
Mobile AGV vehicles, with a superstructure on which there are semi-finished products for gradual upgrading
The vehicle performs logistics at the entrance to the first robotic cell, to the workstations between the robotic cells, to the next robotic cell and export to the final position
With this solution, we eliminate current logistics between workstations, which is carried out by transport solutions (belts, roller conveyors, etc.)

Some basic information:
The SH-W-C12 Outdoor model, part of the SH shuttle series, is designed for 3-shift operation, 7 days a week.
The wire-guided navigation system allows the large vehicle to navigate precisely and flawlessly, even in bad weather, slush or rain.
(small pipes are installed in the ground at certain distances and poured with epoxy, etc., a simple solution)
