67th Assembly of CroFa held in Čakovec

The Regular Annual Assembly CroFa was held this time in Čakovec, and a total of 26 members (9 foundries) were present.

Minutes from the 67th Regular Annual Assembly held on April 17, 2026. in Hotel Castellum in Ul. V. Nazora 16, 40000 Čakovec, will be delivered by mail to NO CroFa.

The report of the Verification Commission was submitted by Mr. Matko Kolić and noted that according to those present, there were less than 50% of the necessary shares, and the procedure was followed in accordance with Article 24 of the Statute, after which the Assembly began its work and validly decided.
