My name is Senad Gashi, and I am reaching out on behalf of ITN Coatings GmbH, a German company specializing in high-quality cookware coatings and manufacturing solutions.
We are currently evaluating new manufacturing concepts for aluminum cookware and are looking for experienced partners who may be able to support us.
In particular, we would like to inquire about the following:
- Do you have experience manufacturing cookware using aluminum alloy casting (gravity casting or die casting) for frying pans?
- If not, could you recommend a company or partner with expertise in this field?
- Additionally, we are looking for solutions to make cast aluminum cookware induction-compatible. We would appreciate your feedback on the following options:
- Do you have experience with cold gas spraying to apply a ferromagnetic layer (e.g. iron or iron oxide) to the bottom of cookware?
- Alternatively, is it technically feasible to cast a steel induction plate directly into the aluminum body during the casting process?
If your company has experience with any of these technologies, we would be very interested in discussing potential cooperation.
