We specialize in finding labor for the Croatian market from Nepal, Bangladesh, India, the Philippines, Egypt, etc. We also have access to workers from these countries who are currently working in the Middle East and are familiar with Western labor standards. We can find qualified and verified labor of all professions and complete all the necessary paperwork related to obtaining residence and work permits for foreign workers in your company in the shortest possible time. We recruit workers from industry, we have established cooperation with the largest university in Asia and can bring you university-educated people; mechanical engineers, mechanics, CNC operators, mechatronics engineers and others with work experience of at least 6 months to several years. We can also bring you electricians with experience working in a nuclear power plant or electricians with experience in introducing electronics into hotels, houses or buildings.
The expected arrival time of the workers from the day you accept the selected candidates is:
- up to 60 days for the preparation of a work permit (according to Croatian law)
- visa processing 9 – 45 days
We screen all potential employees through a reliable recruitment and selection process led by a psychologist in our team.
Our standard fee for recruiting workers from Asian countries is: €350 + VAT per worker.
