BENTOPRODUCT Ltd. is a manufacturer of high quality bentonite-based products. The BENTOPRODUCT HQ is located in Banjaluka (BiH), while the production plant is located in Šipovo, in the immediate vicinity of the mine (90km from Banjaluka). We dispose with raw material base of more than 3 million tons of raw bentonite with the montmorillonite content in the range from 70% to 95%. The installed capacity enables the production capacity of 50.000 tons of various high quality products.

BENTOPRODUCT Ltd. is a regional leader in the production and sale of bentonite-based products divided into 6 different programs:

1. foundry program,
2. civil engineering program,
3. drilling operations program,
4. agriculture program,
5. food industry program, and
6. pet litter program.

We operate in accordance with the Integrated Management System including: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.

The quality of our products has been recognized by significant foundries operating in accordance with very demanding standards of the leading companies in the automotive industry characterized by excellence in the production of castings of complex geometry, high productivity and very low tolerance on casting errors.

The concept of BENTOPRO-A and BENTOPROCARBO products follows the most demanding automated sand casting technology and enables improvement of the casting surface quality, reduction of the casting errors, good shake outs and high overall casting efficiency. Our foundry program is based on the following products: 

1. BENTOPRO-A: top quality bentonite binder for the preparation of sand moulds for iron casting (grey, ductile, vermicular casting), steel casting and casting of some non-ferrous metals.
   
2. BENTOPROCARBO: top quality bentonite binder containing lustrous carbon carriers with different content of lustrous carbon depending on the specific needs of each foundry. Depending on the concentration of lustrous carbon and particular requirements of each foundry, BENTOPROCARBO can be used alone or in combination with BENTOPRO-A (one-component and two-component approach). BENTOPROCARBO is exclusively produced from natural raw material with a lot of attention paid to avoid any unacceptable impact on environment, working conditions and health of workers.

BENTOPRODUCT Ltd. provides continuous technical support to all of its customers. Our technical team has enormous experience in introducing BENTOPRO-A and BENTOPROCARBO products into new foundries and adjusting parameters of the mould sand depending on the casting technology and production portfolio of a foundry.

We have a modern equipped laboratory that enables us to monitor the quality of mould sand and provide continuous support to foundries in order to optimize the process and improve the overall results. The expert technical team regularly visits our customers and immediately reacts in case of any urgent matter.

BENTOPRODUCT Ltd. provides to its partners well organized and in time delivery in bulk (silo truck), big bags (1 ton) or paper bags of 25kg (packed on a pallet, 1 ton).
